Washington, D.C. – Congressional Hispanic Caucus Chair Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) today acknowledged the leadership of U.S. Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin (D-IL) and Senate Democrats for filing amendments to the Laken Riley Act aimed at protecting Dreamers, Temporary Protected Status (TPS) recipients, and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) holders.
