Since inauguration, the Trump administration's slew of executive actions and directives have been challenged in courts throughout the country. Many of these actions have already been stymied, including those in areas of immigration, the impoundment of congressionally appropriated funds, the dismantling of federal agencies, and more.

The Congressional Hispanic Caucus opposes President Donald Trump’s mass deportation efforts that are terrorizing immigrant families and destabilizing the American economy.
