Lawsuit Challenges Trump-Vance Administration's Obstruction of Congressional Oversight of ICE Detention Facilities 

Washington D.C. – A dozen members of Congress filed a lawsuit in federal court Wednesday to stop the Trump-Vance administration from unlawfully blocking their access to federal immigration detention facilities, violating the law that guarantees their right to conduct unannounced oversight visits.
