"I am deeply disappointed in the Senate's vote to confirm Judge Brett Kavanuagh to the Supreme Court. Judge Kavanaugh's nomination clearly demonstrated that he did not have the integrity, judicial temperament and impartiality for a seat on the nation's highest court.
"Instead of taking allegations of sexual misconduct seriously, Senate Republicans doubled down and forced his confirmation through the Senate. His confirmation is a serious setback for equity and justice and sends a loud message to sexual assault survivors that they will not be believed.

Serrano, sent a letter to James McHenry, the Director of the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) at the Department of Justice expressing concerns with a recent EOIR report on the Legal Orientation Program (LOP).
