WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today,Chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC) Nanette Barragán issued a statement on the Supreme Court’s ruling on President Biden’s immigration policies.

“I applaud the Supreme Court’s ruling to uphold President Biden’s immigration priorities,’ said Chair Barragán. “This decision allows the Administration to better focus its critical resources and enforcement actions on identified criminals and security threats while implementing a more just and humane system for families, asylum seekers, and migrants in search of a better life.”
