MEDIA ADVISORY: Tri-Caucus, Progressive Caucus, and Community Leaders Celebrate Introduction of the Dream and Promise Act

WASHINGTON—Tomorrow, March 12, 2019 at 12:00pm ET, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC), Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), Congressional Asian-Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC), and Congressional Progressive Caucus (CPC), will host a press conference with immigrant youth and families to celebrate the introduction of H.R. 6, the Dream and Promise Act.

Members of the CHC, CBC, CAPAC, and CPC, as well as the co-authors of the Dream and Promise Act will discuss their legislative work to protect immigrants and their families and how this bill is instrumental to protecting immigrant communities and building a pathway to citizenship for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Temporary Protected Status (TPS), and Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) recipients.
