Grijalva, Mayes say lawsuit necessary as swearing-in delay continues

Congresswoman-elect Adelita Grijalva and Attorney General Kris Mayes filed suit Tuesday against the U.S. House of Representatives for failing to swear her in and give her full access despite having been elected last month and the results certified by state officials.
